I have been in many hockey camps but only after 2 days, I have found Evolution to be the best. I find it offers me a challenge with the level of participants and instructors on ice and the off ice systems have a balance of strength and endurance development.

I have aspirations of playing on Team Canada and and obtaining other athletic and educational success. I feel this program will well prepare me to get to that level.

For those serious about hockey development, I recommend the Evolution Hockey Development program. My 11 year old son attended the July 2006 program and we were very impressed by the quality of instruction, development of skating ability, emphasis on hockey skills, and overall fun of the program. See you again next year.

My sons, Brendan and Jeremy were in your camp over the summer.

The school assisted Brendan greatly and although he was disappointed that he didn't make the AAA team, he did land on the Midget A team and is currently averaging 2 points per game. He is now considering another summer of hockey and had mentioned that you were considering a class for his age group (Born: October 28, 1989). If so, he is interested.

I would like to thank each of you both individually and collectively for all of your time and energy that was put into the 1st Evolution Hockey Development Western Junior Hockey Prep Camp.

I can tell you that Joel never missed a session, never complained about the program and looked forward to each and every session. Testing days were highlights because Joel eagerly anticipated measuring his progress and was proud of the many improvements that he has made. All you needed to see was him flexing his "pipes" around the house. If only I could put those "pipes" to work...

...Each and every one of these kids is at a crucial development point. At this time many kids drop out of hockey because they are distracted by girls, cars, girls and girls, are seeking part time employment or have just lost interest in the game. I think this camp helped the kids to focus on hockey and provided them with a glimpse of what is necessary should they wish to play at a higher level.

Regards,
Lloyd Ballard

Shaun, I know that Evan enjoyed the camp this past summer. He was thrilled to be on the ice with Dustin Boyd, Darren Helm, and of course Thomas Steen. Being on the ice with these guys gave Evan the inspiration to be the best that he could be. The camp was consistent and well run. You were all extremely caring and had a genuine interest in all the kids. As a parent I found that you were very open to any comments or concerns. I felt comfortable approaching you at any time.

I feel EVOLUTION HOCKEY has helped Evan with not only skill but with confidence as well.

Thank-you, Shaun

My son Jonathan had great fun learning from Mr. Trottier, Mr. Chornley & guest instructor Dustin Boyd.

Although it is hard to tell in one short week during the summer, you could see the improvement in Jonathan'S skating, stick handling & his on ice confidence when he took to the ice last fall.

As a parent I had so much fun watching them skate & learn from a hockey hero I grew up watching (Trottier) while Jonathan relates the future stars of the NHL like Dustin BOYD. It was funny to see how the young kids reacted so matter of factly to Trottier & Boyd while hearing members of the public in attendance talking excitedly "hey that's Bryan Trottier, I gotta take his picture" or "oh wow that's Dustin Boyd he's going to play in the NHL".

Some off ice highlights were meeting Strength & Conditioning Coach Christine Doerksen who has become a friend & coach for both JONATHAN & me in trying to live a healthy active lifestyle.

Jonathan also enjoyed seeing Dustin's World Junior Gold Medal and Bryan's Stanley Cup ring he won with Colorado. Both Dustin & Bryan were extremely patient & helpfull to the Jonathan & the other aspiring young hockey players.

We look forward to another great year in hockey & another great Evolution Camp in 2007.
